All products sold on Vozelyn are digital downloads (crochet patterns) — there is no physical shipping involved.

How delivery works

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive instant access to your pattern file(s) via:

• A download link on the order confirmation page, and
• An email sent to the address you provided at checkout

No physical item will be mailed to you.

Delivery time

Digital delivery is instant in most cases. If you don't see your download link or email within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at support@vozelyn.com and we'll resend it right away.

Trouble downloading?

If your file won't open, appears corrupted, or you're having any other technical issue accessing your pattern, email us at support@vozelyn.com with your order number and we'll help you out.
